Stop the Wiggles

Do you have children who can’t sit still?  Give them a special smooth stone, any polished stone they like the feel of will do. Have them carry it in their pocket or wear it on a necklace.  Tell them the stone will help them sit still.  Tell them that if they need move to rub the stone.  Have them practice what they will do with the stone at home, so they get used to keeping it in their hand. The movement of rubbing a stone is not disruptive in the class room!

Are your little ones too amped up to go to bed or sit at the dinner table?  Have them twirl in a circle to their left a few times.  Just have them follow their left hand moving toward their back.  This motion turns down the energy level inside by releasing extra energy.  You can do it too!  It works great before sitting in a long meeting or training.

Feeling Good

If your children are anxious before they go to bed about what is going on at school the next day or what happened at school that day.  Have them ask their angels to help them feel good when they wake up.  Just knowing that they have the love and support of their angels will allow children to more easily release the anxious energy they have created.  They can always ask their angel to be with them at school so they never feel alone.
