Determining your Yes and No directions:
- Before you begin make sure there is plenty of room around you.
- Stand up and put your feet close together and have your knees slightly bent.
- Relax and connect to your body.
- Now, out loud, ASK your body mind this question, “Unconscious mind show me a sway of my body that undeniably represents the answer YES”.
- Your body will move in whatever direction it wants and that is your YES direction. {It could move backward, forward, left, right or at an angle, whichever way it goes is just right.}
- Thank your unconscious mind for answering you.
- Next, ASK your body mind this question, “Unconscious mind show me a sway of my body that undeniably represents the answer NO”
- The direction your body moves is your NO direction.
- Thank your unconscious mind for answering you.
- Now, ASK Yourself questions with yes or no answers.
When you are good at the practice you can ask the questions silently.
To take this practice further you can use it while shopping. Will I wear this pair of shoes enough to justify buying them? What does my body want to eat to provide the needed nutrients and nutrition for me to be fit and feel well? Broccoli or chocolate? To test food, hold the food between your heart and throat to access the thymus gland. You get the idea.
* I was reminded to use this form of applied kinesiology ~ muscle testing ~ by my friend Laura in a grocery store when I couldn’t decide what to eat for lunch. Now, I use it many times each day. When you master the practice others won’t even notice what you are doing. ASK Yourself often.
