Practice for Thank Yourself
Start by observing when you say “Thank You” to others.
Now, notice when your unconscious mind assists you in your day.
When you are ASKing to change a habit, like biting your nails, Thank Yourself for reminding you to stop every time you catch the behavior. You will see shifts quickly.
You will notice daily that you more easily remember things and find misplaced items by just ASKing.
Thank Yourself often while driving. When you are distracted and look up just in time to stop safely or want to change lanes and get the reminder to look again as speed racer has just pulled into the lane, Thank Yourself
